At Shop Nomads, we want to ensure your gear supports every adventure, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance standards, our streamlined process makes it easy to get back on track.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship Your Gear

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure the sports equipment is clean and all original tags are still attached.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the gear, we will process your full refund or ship out your replacement exchange within 5-7 business days.
